A 50% deposit must be received 2 weeks prior to
first night's stay w/ 50% balance received one week
prior to arrival. 3 Night minimum @ $125 per night
available except on Holiday weeks. Rentals are
Sat-Sat w/ a 3pm check in and 10am check out.
Small dogs under 30 pounds will be accepted. No
exceptions and only with $150 nonrefundable pet
deposit.
Owner or owner's representative will be available
for check ins prior to 8pm. Otherwise, arrangements
can be made for late check in.
