A check for 50% of the total rental fee due when
Fish House is reserved, balance due 2 weeks
prior to arrival. A major credit card is
required at check in as a guarantee against any
accidental damages. 3 Night minimum @ $250
per night available except on Holiday weeks.
Rentals are Sat-Sat w/ a 3pm check in and 10am
check out.
Small dogs under 30 pounds will be
accepted. No exceptions and only with $150
nonrefundable pet deposit.
Owner or owner's representative will be
available for check ins prior to 8pm.
Otherwise, arrangements can be made for late
check in.
